Arch Creek Residences, currently under development by KORCHMAR DEVELOPMENT, is a market rate residential development located in the heart of the Transit Oriented Development District in the City of North Miami, Miami-Dade County. This parcel sits adjacent to the planned NE transit station. I coordinate many aspects of the development process, ensuring projects meet financial, design, and market objectives.

My responsibilities include:

Site sourcing and acquisition, Project Strategy & Planning - Defined feasibility studies, and execution roadmaps.

Liaison with Miami-Dade transit for park-and-ride facilities.

Entitlement & Approvals – Managing rezoning, permitting, and government relations to secure approvals.

Design & Construction Coordination – Overseeing architects, engineers, to align design with development goals.
