Regatta 2, also known as Peloro, pre-developed and sold fully entitled by G&D Developers, is a luxury water front condominium development located in Miami Beach, Florida. This infill residential building with clean lines and curvilinear façade was exquisitely designed with Luis Revuelta, as a 114-unit luxury residential condo.

As Development Manager with G&D Developers, Pascual played an important role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, ensuring they are financially viable, well-executed, and aligned with investment goals. Pascual’s responsibilities covered strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

 I coordinate many aspects of the development process, ensuring projects meet financial, design, and market objectives.

My responsibilities included:

Project Strategy & Planning – Helped defining feasibility studies, and execution roadmaps.

Entitlement & Approvals – Managing rezoning, permitting, and government relations to secure approvals.

Design Coordination – Overseeing architects, engineers, to align design with development goals.

Risk Management & Quality Control – Identifying project risks and ensuring high-quality development.
