This modern building with clean lines and curvilinear pre-cast façade was meticulously designed with Lier-Tonconogy and Albaisa-Doval Architects as the architect of record, as a 111,000 RSA office condo.
As Development Manager with G&D Developers, Pascual played an important role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, ensuring they are financially viable, well-executed, and aligned with investment goals. Pascual’s responsibilities covered strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.
I coordinate many aspects of the development process, ensuring projects meet financial, design, and market objectives.
My responsibilities included:
Entitlement & Approvals – Assisted with zoning, permitting, and government relations to secure approvals.
Design & Construction Coordination – Overseeing architects, engineers, and general contractors to align design with development goals.
Budgeting & Cost Control – Monitoring development budgets, cash flow, and cost containment strategies.
General Contractor & Consultant Coordination – Managing the construction team, resolving challenges, and optimizing schedules.
Risk Management & Quality Control – Identifying project risks and ensuring high-quality development.
Leasing & Sales Coordination – Working with leasing agents and brokers to maximize absorption and sales velocity.
