Regatta, developed by G&D Developers, is a luxury water front condominium development located in Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County. This infill award winning building with clean lines and curvilinear façade was exquisitely designed with Lier-Tonconogy and Kobi Karp as the architect of record, as a 52-unit luxury residential condo.

As the Development Manager with G&D Developers, pascual played an important role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, ensuring they are well-executed, and aligned with investment goals. Pascual’s responsibilities covered strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

I coordinated many aspects of the development process, ensuring projects meet financial, design, and market objectives.

My responsibilities included:
Entitlement & Approvals – Managing zoning, permitting, and government relations to secure approvals.
Design Coordination – Overseeing architects, engineers, to align design with development goals.
Timeline & Milestone Tracking – Keeping stakeholders informed on progress and critical deadlines.
Risk Management & Quality Control – Identifying project risks and ensuring high-quality development.
General Contractor & Consultant Coordination – Managing the construction team, resolving challenges, and optimizing schedules.
