I led many aspects of the development process, ensuring projects meet financial, design, and market objectives.
My responsibilities included:
Acquisition-JV structure, Project Strategy & Planning – Helped defining feasibility studies, condominium documents, and execution roadmaps.
Entitlement & Approvals – Managing zoning, permitting, and government relations to secure approvals.
Design Coordination – Overseeing architects, engineers, and general contractors to align design with development goals.
Budgeting & Cost Control – Monitoring development budgets, cash flow, and cost containment strategies.
