BAYVIEW LOFTS

Bayview Lofts, developed by G&D Developers, is a luxury condominium development located in Miami Beach in Normandy Isles, Miami-Dade County. This water front infill residential building with clean lines and curvilinear façade was designed by Kobi Karp Architecture, as a 22-unit loft-style luxury residential condo.

As the Development Manager with G&D Developers, Pascual played an important role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of real estate development projects, ensuring they are well-executed, and aligned with investment goals. Pascual’s responsibilities covered, project execution, and stakeholder coordination.

I coordinated many aspects of the development process, ensuring projects meet financial, design, and market objectives.

My responsibilities included:

• Entitlement & Approvals – Managing zoning, permitting, and government relations to secure approvals.
• Design Coordination – Overseeing architects, engineers, to align design with development goals.
• Risk Management & Quality Control – Identifying project risks and ensuring high-quality development.
• General Contractor & Consultant Coordination – Managing the construction team, resolving challenges, and optimizing schedules.
